Rihanna Perth 2027

Is Rihanna Perth 2027 actually happening?

As of 9 October 2026, no Perth date for Rihanna has been announced for 2027. That is the honest starting point, and this page will not pretend otherwise: no date, venue or price is listed here until a promoter has put it on sale.

For anyone in Western Australia the real question is rarely whether Rihanna tours the country. It is whether the tour crosses the Nullarbor. A typical national run opens on the east coast, moves between Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, sometimes adds Adelaide, and only then decides whether a flight of four hours or more to Perth is worth one more night. Some Pop / R&B tours add a single Perth show; others skip the west entirely and leave local fans booking flights to Melbourne.

Australian tours are normally announced six to ten months before the first show, and the busiest stretch runs from January to March, when northern-hemisphere acts escape their winter. If Rihanna is aiming at that window, an announcement through the spring or early summer of 2026 would be the usual pattern, but nothing about the timing is guaranteed.

Set the free alert below and you will hear the moment a Perth date is confirmed, or the moment it becomes clear the west has been left out.

Matching Rihanna Perth 2027 to a Perth venue

If Rihanna does come west in 2027, the shortlist for a Pop / R&B act of this profile would be RAC Arena, followed by Metro City or Riverside Theatre. We base that on recent bookings in Perth, not on any leaked hold, so read it as a guide to what to expect rather than a fact.

Perth promoters often play it safe on size. Because there is usually only one show, they would rather sell out a smaller room quickly than leave empty seats in a bigger one, and then add a second night if the first goes in minutes. That is how acts end up doing two nights at the Astor or the Riverside rather than one at RAC Arena.

Season also shapes the choice. From December to March the city leans outdoors — Langley Park on the riverfront, the Esplanade in Fremantle, the amphitheatre at Red Hill in the Perth Hills, Kings Park above the CBD — while the cooler months push everything back under a roof. An autumn or winter tour is almost certain to stay indoors.

RAC Arena sits on Wellington Street at the western edge of the CBD, so you can reach it without a car. Buses from the Perth Busport in the City Link precinct and along Wellington Street drop you within a few minutes of the doors, and City West station on the Fremantle line is a few minutes’ walk west. From Perth station or Perth Underground (trains from Joondalup, Mandurah, Midland, Armadale and the airport line) allow around ten to fifteen minutes on foot along Wellington Street. The free CAT buses that loop the city stop nearby. Parking in surrounding city car parks fills early on show nights and exits slowly afterwards, so public transport is usually the faster way home.

When a venue is confirmed we update this page and send it to everyone on the alert list.

Getting in early for Rihanna Perth 2027

The early tickets for Rihanna would not go on public sale first. They would be split across several presale windows, each with its own sign-up, code or account requirement, and usually spread over two or three days.

The usual order runs like this: the artist’s own mailing-list presale, then the promoter’s (My Live Nation, Frontier members, TEG or Chugg lists), then card holders and telco customers, and finally general sale. Venue or club members are occasionally given their own window as well.

• Have your Ticketek or Ticketmaster account logged in and your card saved before the queue opens.
• Use one device per account; extra tabs rarely help and can get you flagged.
• Remember Perth is two hours behind Brisbane and, in summer, three hours behind Sydney and Melbourne.

A single Perth night with a small presale allocation can disappear in minutes, so it is worth taking the early windows seriously, and worth registering for more than one of them if you can. What Rihanna Perth 2027 tickets might cost

With no Perth show announced, there is no official price for Rihanna. What we can give is the range seen at comparable Pop / R&B shows in Australia, in Australian dollars, so you know roughly what to budget.

At an arena such as RAC Arena, the cheapest upper-tier seats for an act of this size have tended to start around A$79–A$119. General admission floor and mid-level reserved seats usually sit between A$119 and A$169, while the best lower-bowl seats run up to around A$219. Premium packages with early entry, merchandise or lounge access can reach A$279 or more.

Smaller rooms like the Astor or Metro City tend to sit at the lower end, often around A$79–A$149, partly because there are fewer price tiers. Stadium shows spread wider in both directions.

Two things to factor in: booking and handling fees are added on top of the face value, and some Australian tours now use dynamic or “platinum” pricing for a slice of the best seats. If a price looks far above these ranges, check whether you are on the official seller or a resale marketplace.

When real prices are published we update this page and include them in the alert email.

Getting to Rihanna Perth and back again

Whatever venue Rihanna ends up at, the practical pattern in Perth is similar: arrive by train or bus, eat beforehand in Northbridge, Mount Lawley or Fremantle, and leave enough time for the walk from the station.

Parking near the big venues is limited on show nights and expensive where it exists. Around Burswood the stadium precinct is designed for public transport and walking, including the Matagarup Bridge from East Perth across the Swan River. In the CBD, the free CAT buses help with short hops between the station and the western end of Wellington Street.

Fremantle shows are worth a day trip in their own right. The Fremantle line runs from Perth station to the port in around half an hour, and venues like Metropolis, Freo.Social, the Arts Centre and Fremantle Prison are all within walking distance of the town centre.

One more Perth-specific point: interstate fans flying in for a single date should allow for the time difference when booking flights, because the body clock gains or loses two to three hours on the way. A Sunday-night show followed by an early Monday flight east is a long day.

What a Rihanna Perth show could feel like

No setlist or production details exist for a Perth show that has not been announced, so we will not guess at them. What we can describe is the setting. R&B acts heading west usually pick RAC Arena or the Riverside Theatre near Elizabeth Quay, and Perth crowds make a proper night of it.

Perth audiences have a reputation among touring crews for turning up early and making noise, partly because so many tours pass them by. A single-night stop tends to gather fans from across the state, from Geraldton to Albany, which gives the room a sense of occasion that a fourth Melbourne night might lack. Expect a share of the crowd to have driven hours to be there, and some to be staying the night in the city.

The city also knows its music. This is where Tame Impala, Birds of Tokyo, Eskimo Joe, Little Birdy and Stella Donnelly started out, and a West Australian support act on the bill is common. Arrive in time for the opener; plenty of Perth bands were first seen by their future fans in exactly that slot.
