Where things stand for Muse Perth 2027

Nothing official yet. On 9 October 2026 there is no announced Perth show for Muse in 2027, no venue on hold that we can verify and no ticket link worth trusting. If you find a page selling seats for an unannounced date, treat it with suspicion.

Perth sits in an awkward spot on the touring map. It lies more than 3,000 kilometres from Sydney, and promoters such as Live Nation, Frontier Touring, TEG Dainty and Chugg have to justify freighting a production across the continent for what is often a single night. That is why a Rock act can play three Melbourne shows and still not come west, and why a Perth date, when it does appear, is often slotted at the start or the very end of the run.

The positive side: when a tour does include Perth, demand is concentrated. There is usually only one chance to see the show without leaving the state, which makes the presale far more important here than on the east coast, where a second or third night often follows.

We watch the announcements daily. Sign up below and the first email you get from us about Muse will be either a confirmed Perth date or the news that there is none.

Which rooms could host Muse Perth 2027

Judging by the size of comparable Rock tours, the Perth venues that make most sense for Muse are RAC Arena, HBF Park and Metro City. That is an informed guess based on capacity and the way promoters have booked similar acts, not an announcement.

The city’s venue ladder is short but clear. At the top sits Optus Stadium in Burswood, opened in 2018 and used for the handful of tours big enough to fill a 60,000-seat bowl. Below it, RAC Arena on Wellington Street — still called Perth Arena by many locals — handles the large indoor shows, helped by a retractable roof that matters in a Perth summer. HBF Park, the old Perth Oval near East Perth, takes open-air rock and pop crowds that would rattle around the stadium.

Mid-sized tours look at the Astor Theatre on Beaufort Street in Mount Lawley, the Riverside Theatre at the convention centre, the Regal in Subiaco, Metro City in Northbridge or Metropolis in Fremantle. In summer, outdoor sites such as Kings Park, Langley Park, Fremantle Prison and Fremantle Arts Centre come into play.

Production also counts. Arena and stadium shows need rigging points, loading docks and floor space that only a few Perth buildings offer, while the older seated theatres suit quieter, more detailed sets.

RAC Arena sits on Wellington Street at the western edge of the CBD, so you can reach it without a car. Buses from the Perth Busport in the City Link precinct and along Wellington Street drop you within a few minutes of the doors, and City West station on the Fremantle line is a few minutes’ walk west. From Perth station or Perth Underground (trains from Joondalup, Mandurah, Midland, Armadale and the airport line) allow around ten to fifteen minutes on foot along Wellington Street. The free CAT buses that loop the city stop nearby. Parking in surrounding city car parks fills early on show nights and exits slowly afterwards, so public transport is usually the faster way home.

Getting in early for Muse Perth 2027

The early tickets for Muse would not go on public sale first. They would be split across several presale windows, each with its own sign-up, code or account requirement, and usually spread over two or three days.

The usual order runs like this: the artist’s own mailing-list presale, then the promoter’s (My Live Nation, Frontier members, TEG or Chugg lists), then card holders and telco customers, and finally general sale. Venue or club members are occasionally given their own window as well.

  • Have your Ticketek or Ticketmaster account logged in and your card saved before the queue opens.
  • Use one device per account; extra tabs rarely help and can get you flagged.
  • Remember Perth is two hours behind Brisbane and, in summer, three hours behind Sydney and Melbourne.

A single Perth night with a small presale allocation can disappear in minutes, so it is worth taking the early windows seriously, and worth registering for more than one of them if you can. Sign up below and we send the code, the queue time in AWST and the link to the official seller — never a reseller.

Budgeting for Muse Perth 2027

No prices have been released for Muse in Perth because no show has been announced. The figures below are indicative, drawn from comparable Rock shows across Australia, and the real numbers will be set by the promoter on the day of sale.

  • Entry-level seats, usually high or side-on: about A$79–A$119.
  • General admission or standard reserved: about A$119–A$169.
  • Best reserved seats close to the stage: about A$169–A$219.
  • VIP and hospitality packages: from roughly A$219 to A$279 and beyond.

Budget beyond the ticket too. A western fan who misses out locally and flies east for the same tour is adding return airfares and a hotel, which is the strongest argument for being ready on presale day if a Perth date appears. Booking fees, card surcharges and delivery options are charged on top of the prices above.

Resale is legal in Western Australia only within limits: the state’s anti-scalping rules limit how far above the original price a ticket can be resold, so be wary of steep mark-ups. Our alert links only to the official seller for each show, and flags it clearly if the promoter uses dynamic pricing.

Getting to Muse in Perth and back again

Whatever venue Muse ends up at, the practical pattern in Perth is similar: arrive by train or bus, eat beforehand in Northbridge, Mount Lawley or Fremantle, and leave enough time for the walk from the station.

Parking near the big venues is limited on show nights and expensive where it exists. Around Burswood the stadium precinct is designed for public transport and walking, including the Matagarup Bridge from East Perth across the Swan River. In the CBD, the free CAT buses help with short hops between the station and the western end of Wellington Street.

Fremantle shows are worth a day trip in their own right. The Fremantle line runs from Perth station to the port in around half an hour, and venues like Metropolis, Freo.Social, the Arts Centre and Fremantle Prison are all within walking distance of the town centre.

One more Perth-specific point: interstate fans flying in for a single date should allow for the time difference when booking flights, because the body clock gains or loses two to three hours on the way. A Sunday-night show followed by an early Monday flight east is a long day.

What a Muse Perth show could feel like

No setlist or production details exist for a Perth show that has not been announced, so we will not guess at them. What we can describe is the setting. Rock in Perth usually means a full Astor in Mount Lawley or a hot Metropolis floor in Fremantle, the port town where Bon Scott grew up.

Perth audiences have a reputation among touring crews for turning up early and making noise, partly because so many tours pass them by. A single-night stop tends to gather fans from across the state, from Geraldton to Albany, which gives the room a sense of occasion that a fourth Melbourne night might lack. Expect a share of the crowd to have driven hours to be there, and some to be staying the night in the city.

The city also knows its music. This is where Tame Impala, Birds of Tokyo, Eskimo Joe, Little Birdy and Stella Donnelly started out, and a West Australian support act on the bill is common. Arrive in time for the opener; plenty of Perth bands were first seen by their future fans in exactly that slot.

Presale code Muse Perth: how it works in WA

A presale code is a password that unlocks tickets before general sale. For Muse in Perth in 2027, the codes would be shared through several channels at once — the artist, the promoter, banks, phone companies and sometimes the venue — each with its own window and allocation. None of them is published in advance, and anyone offering a code for a show that has not been announced is guessing. If RAC Arena is confirmed, our alert sends the real codes and their start times, already converted to Perth time.

The Muse artist and fan-club presale

The first window usually belongs to the artist. Fans who join the official mailing list or fan club before the announcement receive a code by email or a unique link, often the evening before the presale opens. For Muse, sign up as early as possible: some lists close presale registration once the tour is announced. Fan-club presales sometimes include the best seats at RAC Arena, so they are the most valuable window for a single Perth night.

Promoter presales for Muse tickets in Perth

Australian promoters run their own lists. Live Nation uses My Live Nation, Frontier Touring offers a members presale, and TEG and Chugg Entertainment run newsletter presales for their tours. Which one applies depends on who is bringing Muse to Perth in 2027, which is only clear on announcement day. Joining the main lists costs nothing, and the codes often arrive the morning of the presale, so check your inbox and spam folder before the start time.

Muse card presales: Amex and Mastercard

American Express card members in Australia get early access to selected tours, usually by verifying the card at checkout rather than with a public code. Mastercard runs a similar programme for some events. These windows tend to sit between the artist presale and general sale. If Muse is part of one in 2027, the announcement names the card and the times, and we pass that on with the Perth start time.

Muse Perth tickets via Telstra Plus and Optus Perks

Telstra Plus members and Optus customers through Optus Perks receive presale access for a number of national tours each year. Access is through the relevant app or account, not a public code. Not every tour has a telco partner, and the offer can differ between cities, so check whether the Perth show at RAC Arena is included before you plan around it. Telco allocations are limited and can sell out within the first hour.

Muse queues on Ticketek and Ticketmaster, WA time

In Perth, the larger venues sell through either Ticketek or Ticketmaster, and both use a virtual queue when demand is high. Be logged in and ready before the start time, use a single device per account and do not refresh. The catch for Western Australians is the clock: an eastern start time becomes a Perth clock time two or three hours earlier, because WA has no daylight saving. Our alert quotes every Muse sale in AWST.

FAQ — Muse in Perth

Has Muse announced a Perth show for 2027?

Not as of 9 October 2026. No Perth date, venue or ticket link for Muse has been published. If one is announced we update this page and email everyone on the alert list.

Muse: why do some tours skip Perth?

Distance and cost. Perth is a long flight from the east coast and is often a single-night stop, so some productions end their Australian run in Adelaide or Melbourne. It is a routing decision, not a lack of demand.

Where would Muse most likely play in Perth?

Based on similar tours, RAC Arena is the most likely fit. That is an estimate from capacity and past bookings, not an announcement.

Muse in Perth: how much could tickets cost?

Comparable shows in Australia have ranged from about A$79 for entry-level seats to around A$219 for premium seats, before booking fees. Official prices are only known once the promoter opens the sale.

Muse: what time would presales open in Perth?

Usually whatever the national start time is, converted to AWST. Western Australia has no daylight saving, so a 10am eastern sale opens at 7am in Perth in summer and 8am in winter. Our alert gives the Perth time.
